• Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically within 10-15 business days after dispatch from our warehouse.
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over £50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including customs procedures, weather conditions, and carrier delays.

Delivery Address

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

International Orders

For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom:

• You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees
• Customs procedures may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• In the original packaging with all parts and accessories
• Returned within 15 days of receipt

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

• All living plants (including bedding plants, alpine & rockery plants, climbers, shrubs, cottage garden plants, garden plants, herbs, and fruit plants)
• Opened bags of compost, BBQ fuel, or charcoal
• Used gardening wear and accessories
• Items purchased during sales or promotions (as marked “final sale”)

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receipt
2. Provide your order number and product details
3. We will provide a Returns Authorization Number and instructions
4. Securely pack the item in its original packaging
5. Clearly write the Returns Authorization Number on the outside of the box
6. Ship to: Greeny Sales Returns, 86 George St, Manchester, GB M1C 5QI

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. The timing may vary depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Unless the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item), you are responsible for return shipping costs.
