We are delighted to ship our products globally (excluding Asia and a few remote regions).
Order Processing
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully pick, pack, and prepare your order for its journey to your garden.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two reliable shipping options to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Your order will typically arrive within 10-15 business days after it leaves our warehouse.
- Free Shipping: For orders over £50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Please note that these times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs procedures or weather.
Our Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Greeny Sales. If you are not happy with an item, we offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as you received it.
- In its original packaging, including all parts and accessories.
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.
⚠️ Important: Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- All living plants, including: Bedding & Patio Plants, Alpine & Rockery plants, Climbers & Wall Shrubs, Cottage Garden plants, Garden Plants, and Herbs & Fruit plants.
- Opened bags of compost, BBQ fuel, or charcoal.
- Used gardening wear & accessories.
Additionally, items purchased during a sale or promotion (e.g., “Charcoal BBQs – 15% Off”) are final sale and cannot be refunded.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to start your return:
- Contact Us: Email our friendly customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
- Get Authorization: We will provide you with a Returns Authorization Number and specific instructions for your return.
- Pack Securely: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Please write the Returns Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the box.

Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and considering shipping insurance for your peace of mind.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) within 7-10 business days. The timing can vary depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Exchanges
