Our Returns Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: Due to the perishable nature of living plants and the specific handling requirements of certain products, some items cannot be returned or exchanged for health and safety reasons. These include:
  • Bedding & Patio Plants
  • Alpine & Rockery plants
  • Climbers & Wall Shrubs
  • Cottage Garden plants
  • Garden Plants
  • Herbs & Fruit plants
  • Opened bags of compost, BBQ fuel, or charcoal
  • Used gardening wear & accessories

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
  3. Our team will guide you through the process and provide a returns authorization number and instructions.
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all parts and accessories.
  5. Include the returns authorization number clearly on the outside of the package.
  6. Ship the package to our returns centre at the address below.

Returns Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. The timing may vary depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Please note that sale items (e.g., items purchased during “Charcoal BBQs – 15% Off” or “Garden Furniture Sets – Up To 25% Off” promotions) may have different refund eligibility. Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to exchange.
