The Koda will heat up to 500 degrees centigrade in only in only 20 mins. The built-in waterfall effect flame distribution system ensures your oven is evenly heated for a perfect cook. The built in cordierite baking stone will absorb and hold the heat providing an even cooking area and gives you a crisp pizza by absorbing the moisture in your dough.
