The Grillstream Hybrid system is an easy to use BBQ which allows you to be able to cook with both gas and charcoal. Place the charcoal one by one into the Hybrid flame tamer under your grills. Then use your gas supply to light the charcoal until they are ready and then turn your gas off. This is perfect for keeping that smokey BBQ taste, with all the benefits of gas.
